Lymph node cancer, also known as Hodgkin’s disease, is cancer that starts in the lymph nodes. If caught early, it is treatable; however, it is not always caught early because its symptoms can be disguised as other diseases.
Lymph node cancer symptoms include:
- Firm but painless swelling of the lymph glands, which are tender to the touch
- Tiredness
- Weight loss
- Severe night sweats

- Fever
- Generalized itchy skin
- Red or purple lumps under the skin
- Noticeable swelling
- Inability to have bowel movements
- Loss of appetite
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Pain
- Headache
- Trouble thinking and moving parts of the body
- Personality changes
- Seizures
Again, since these symptoms can be affiliated with a number of different diseases or disorders, it is important to determine that your symptoms are not cancer. Seek your doctor immediately if you begin to exhibit several or more of these symptoms with apparent reason.
